Community Update Events

Council is hosting two community updates this September. Come along and get up to date on the things that matter most to you: Rubbish, Roads, Rates and Water.

You’re invited to join us as we present updates on the topics that matter most to our community: Rubbish, Roads, Rates and Water. This is your chance to get informed, ask questions and contribute to the future of our Shire.

The agenda will cover a broad range of topics, including:

  • Changes in waste operations
  • Free dumping days,
  • Major roadworks projects, including Bloomfield Road and Cameron Creek projects
  • Recent property revaluations and the rates smoothing process Council undertook to help minimise the impact of revaluations

  • How to get involved in the next budget process
  • Crucial updates on the Annan Water Treatment Plant
  • Water conservation
