Furneaux Street Water Main Upgrade

The community is advised that Cook Shire Council will commence upgrading the water main along Furneaux Street (from Hope Street to May Street) from the week commencing 7 October 2024.

These works will include:

• Trimming and pruning of trees to allow access to the mains
• Minor excavation and earthworks in the area
• Water pressure fluctuations from time to time
• Council will duly inform residents likely to be impacted

We anticipate completing these works in December 2024.
