Water Service Disruption in Cooktown | 25 July 2024
Water Service Interruption Notice and possible water pressure drop.

Please conserve water. Do not use water unless it absolutely necessary.
Please be advised that we will be replacing a fitting on the main feed into Cooktown between the hours of 12 midnight and 3am on Thursday 25 July 2024.
Cooktown water will not be fed by the High Level Reservoir (3000KL) and will be fed from the Four Mile Reservoir (200KL). Water will be sourced from the Borefields and may have some discolouration. Water is safe to drink and meets the Australian Drinking Water Health Guidelines and Queensland Heath regulatory requirements.
The following properties will have low pressure:

- 4 Buhmann Street
